There was an error or the page hung when I submitted my order. What do I do?

First, do not try to make the purchase again.  This may result in a duplicate order.

Please Submit a ticket with the first 4 digits and the last 4 digits of the credit/debit card number you used and the date you submitted your order.  If you used PayPal, send us the transaction ID, which you can retrieve by logging into your PayPal account.  We will check the status of your order and proceed from there.

If you can verify for sure that your credit/debit/PayPal account has not been charged and would like to try your order again, the steps below should help you avoid another error.

  • Verify that you are running the latest version of Internet Explorer, Firefox, or your preferred web browser.  This will ensure that your SSL protocols are up to date.
  • If you are using a credit/debit card to pay for your order, please be sure that you are entering your billing information carefully and completely.
  • If you are using PayPal to check out, please complete the entire checkout process in a timely fashion and verify that your funding sources are valid.
