What you are seeing on your credit/debit card account is an authorization to verify that funds are available.  You can learn more about authorizations here:

The authorization you see will usually drop off on its own in 1-2 business days.  If it does not, please email submit ticket and we can process a void manually to force it to drop off.

Your order will be processed when the application you preordered is made available to you.  You will see the final charge on your credit/debit card at this time.
