Why doesn't my pre-paid gift credit card work?

The cards are issued with no personal information linked to them initially.  When our store processes a credit card transaction, it checks to see what the bank has on file, and compares it to the entered billing information.  Since the bank has no information on file, the order will fail.

Before using the card in our store, you will need to contact the bank that issued the card (there should be a phone number on the back of the card), and have them link the card to your billing address and name.  The card should then work properly.
