If you are unable to use the in-application activation it may be because your network is secured.

Perhaps your network admin can open up traffic to the following locations: port 80 port 443 port 443 port 80

Otherwise, please follow the steps at for manual activation.
If the web activation function does not resolve the issue, please try the email option.
