Can I have more than 1 registration of the same product on my account?

Yes you can. If you are purchasing an application that you already have a copy of, you might see the following when you attempt to checkout:

You can click continue to proceed with the purchase.

When you own multiple copies of an application, the first one will be displayed on your account page https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. Subsequent ones will be hidden until you expand them.
