I check with my bank and my purchase of Start 10 is pending in my Citicard bank card since May 5. You have two pending charges $2.00 and $4.99. Why are they pending so long and why haven't I receive a security key? What is the $2.00 charge? I do not have Start 10 on my computer as of yet. Thank you. The cost of the two stardock applications for Windows 10 were aleady charged to my IXE Visa Infinite credit card in August 3rd and 4th for the equivalente in Pesos 119.00 and 37.00. I received two mails sayign they were a fraudulent orders but they werenn't a fraud. I did order them for two laptops equipments. I need you to send me the mail confitming my purchase because the charge has been applied to my VISA credid card ending number 7740.
